Application scope

TNR-X series surge protective device is suitable for protecting all kinds of electronic and electrical equipments in buildings of T1 class lightning protection area, where it’s easy caused lightning overvoltages. Mainly used for main distribution system and installed on the front end of power distribution cabinet  as First tier protection


IEC61643-11 Standards

A surge protective device of T1 should be installed at the general distribution box connected with the power supply. The voltage level of surge protective device should be less than or equal to 2.5KV. When the impulse current value is not determined, the impulse current should be equal to or larger than 12.5KA

Installation matters

This product is installed in parallel in front of the protected equipment, and is installed with fusing circuit protection. This product is installed around the guide rail as a combustible material, and should keep the 10cm distance from each part.
